The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software Ensure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable Receive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair order Relay and customer customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service team Be the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered Perform other duties as requested by management High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Basic computer and data entry skills Professional appearance and grooming standards Ability to work well with customers maintaining poise and professionalism at all time while exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude.
