Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs. About the Role (Job Summary): We are seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Specialist to support the development and execution of digital and product strategies within our Specialized Distribution and Hospital Distribution business. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology teams, translating business needs into actionable product requirements. As a senior individual contributor, you will help shape the product roadmap, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across a portfolio serving biopharma manufacturers and healthcare customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with strong experience in product management, business analysis, and digital transformation within healthcare or supply chain environments. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Manage and support a portfolio of digital products supporting Specialized and Hospital Distribution operations Gather, document, and prioritize business and product requirements across stakeholders Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver enhancements aligned to the product roadmap Maintain and refine the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization Lead workshops and stakeholder consultations to clarify business needs and identify solutions Support product lifecycle activities including design, testing, release, and iteration Analyze product performance using KPIs, metrics, and qualitative insights to inform decisions Participate in Agile ceremonies (demos, sprint planning, backlog refinement) and represent business stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Procurement, Analytics, Privacy, and Operations Contribute to customer and competitive research to inform product innovation Support SAP, Salesforce, and other systems by translating business needs into technical requirements Act as a subject matter expert and customer advocate, ensuring a strong end-user experience Support data stewardship and ensure data accuracy across product and operational systems Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product analysis, or business analysis Working knowledge of SAP in a business or operational context Experience working in Agile or hybrid product development environments Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into product solutions Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to support decision-making Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pharmaclik, and/or Five9 Familiarity with product lifecycle management, UX/design practices, and customer journey mapping Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or other product management platforms Knowledge of EDI, supply chain processes, or order-to-cash workflows Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/French) is an asset We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
