Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Business Purpose Loans by providing consistent, high-quality servicing and support to internal and external stakeholders. Serve in an advisory capacity to customers, providing guidance tailored to their unique business needs. Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text communications, to support clients, attorneys, and authorized third parties. Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including research, analysis, and documentation. Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic initiatives and improve customer outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and investor requirements. Leverage systems and tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer experience. Meet and exceed production goals (KPIs), with high performers recognized through increased autonomy and flexibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and improve servicing effectiveness.
