TVA_Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate production cell operators to complete production tasks in accordance with the company's production plan.
• Supervise employees' operational procedures to ensure compliance with operating standards and production quality.
• Achieve quality targets and reduce quality-related costs.
• Manage employee performance and conduct.
• Plan and develop multi-skilled workers.
• Ensure production safety, environmental protection, and fire safety; prevent and mitigate various risks in production.
• Collect cell production data, prepare production analysis reports, and provide regular updates.
• Resolve and address abnormalities during the production process.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in auto parts industry, more than 3 years of automotive floor mat related manufacturing management experience.
• Have more than 3 years of production management experience, understand the production management process, quality system and management tools.
• Good at communication, coordination and team management, able to bear certain pressure in work.
• Proficient in production management, quality management, equipment management, warehousing management, process management and production cost control;
• Have innovative thinking, dare to try new ways of working, and have strong execution and problem solving skills.
