Evaluate workload and manpower to fulfill customer commitments in a cost-effective way. Make sure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to our customers' satisfaction. Review monthly financial and operational reports, collaborating with front-line managers to create action plans for improvement. Enhance the performance of the field team you manage through regular performance reviews. Assist with hiring, training, and developing our new team members. Take on other duties as needed.
