Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and leadership of complex projects.
• Contribute to proposal development and client engagement.
• Conduct research and knowledge-building activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in strategy consulting.
• Strong interest in sustainability and its application across different sectors.
• Experience in sustainability-related projects (desirable).
• Relevant sustainability certifications (a plus).
• Fluency in Spanish and English .
• Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently.
• Capacity to immerse yourself in clients' organisational reality to understand their culture, processes and behaviours.
• Ability to identify client needs and new business opportunities .
