Extensive knowledge and work experience at ascending levels of responsibility in the fields of business, financial management, and gaming, or similar experience. Must possess a demonstrated working knowledge of personnel and financial management, procurement, and information management systems. Must possess excellent writing and speaking skills and a demonstrated ability to work productively in a demanding and fast-paced environment with continually shifting priorities. Must possess a demonstrated working knowledge of personnel, procurement, business case analysis and overall management of information management systems. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. Highly qualifying criteria: A minimum of 5 years of senior management work experience in a profit driven business with knowledge and skills in enterprise management, positive financial performance, staff development, guest service, procurement, internal controls and security in the gaming industry or a similar industry. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in casino or gaming operations, with direct oversight of slot machines or similar electronic gaming devices. Technical knowledge of slot machines, including their mechanical and software components, and familiarity with major manufacturers, slot management systems ,and data analytics tools. Possess a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field?
