We are looking for an Account Manager, Physician Relations based in the North Carolina or South Carolina (Preferably near Charlotte, NC) area to join our national Physician & Provider Sales Team. In this role, you will serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for our most important partners, ensuring their long-term success. You will lead outreach efforts across the Carolinas market and be responsible for developing your own book of business through the creation and growth of a physician referral network. This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future). Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and establish new physician partnerships
- Expand physician networks and drive patient referrals

- Develop and implement effective account growth strategies
- Lead meetings with physicians to ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a high level of energy
- Business acumen and proficiency with technology
- Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
