Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in field sales, with a proven track record of success. At least 2 years in a sales management role, demonstrating the ability to lead teams to consistently exceed sales targets. Previous experience in eCommerce, technology, or F&B experience is advantageous. Strong leadership skills to achieve both short- and long-term business goals. Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and presentation skills;
