In this role you will own the day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplinary engineering lab supporting Electrical, Mechanical, Compliance, Integration & Firmware teams. This role keeps the lab running efficiently by organizing resources, streamlining workflows, ensure safety and work with the team to ensure a safe and accessible environment is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lab Operations & Coordination Run daily lab operations, managing shared spaces, equipment, and schedules for maximum efficiency Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Inventory & Equipment Management Own inventory, asset tracking, and consumables Oversee procurement, maintenance, repair, and calibration Act as the go-to for equipment issues and vendor coordination Engineering Support Ensure tools, equipment, and test setups are ready when teams need them Eliminate bottlenecks by coordinating shared resources and logistics Safety & Compliance Maintain safe lab conditions, perform audits, and ensure regulatory compliance Partner with Compliance on proper handling and storage standards Process Improvement Standardize workflows, fix inefficiencies, and build scalable lab systems
