Job Description: Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cans Decorator & Back End Team Leader to oversee the decoration and back-end production processes of beverage cans. Job Qualifications** * Proven experience in can manufacturing, specifically with decoration and back-end processes. * Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of can decorating technologies (e.g., dry offset printing, coating applications). * Knowledge of quality control procedures and tools relevant to can production. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make sound decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
