Personal Banker (Top Local Bank, Entry/Mid-Career Welcome)

Responsibilities

• Serve Branch walk-in Clients and/or Tele-prospect Assigned Clients from the Bank's expansive database
• Assigned to a specific branch (for Walk-ins) or Team/Regional Office (for Tele-prospecting)
• Conduct Financial Profiling to understand client needs and goals
• Provide Wealth Management solutions across Protection, Accumulation, Retirement, Investment, and other banking products/services
• Close cases to achieve monthly KPI and Revenue Targets and unlock Commissions
• Collaborate with product experts and use digital tools to deliver quality service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (training provided)

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 + Local Diploma, or any Degree (per MAS requirements)
• Part-time Private Diplomas (e.g. Kaplan, MDIS, PSB , etc.) generally do not meet requirements.
