Responsibilities

  • Human Management:
  • Lead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.

  • Internal and External Relations:
  • Communicate and coordinate with external personnel, including Return, Service, and Ready Line agents, to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local OEM dealerships, service providers, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Operations Managers, and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights.
  • Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors, monitoring repair timelines, and ensuring timely updates from repair shops.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.
