  • Collect reports from the activation team and consolidate reports and prepare report presentations/documents for clients and internal teams. (use automation/ai as much as possible)
  • Coordinate with activation and analytics teams to ensure campaign KPI's delivered.
  • Coordinating & sharing aggregated approved media plan data, campaign actuals and monthly realized reports with the media finance team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the Implementation Planning Manager in client communication and project management.
  • Provide suggestions to clients based on campaign results to discuss implementation manager.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocations, and performance across all platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in digital media planning and execution at least in 2 verticals (For example Search & Social)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and adtech solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

You will also be the primary point of contact for the activation team, expertly collecting and consolidating reports, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring client budgets are managed with the highest integrity. A key aspect of your role will be leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline processes and stay up-to-date with industry trends, ultimately driving campaign success and exceeding client expectations.
