As a engineering manager for banking team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing and enhancing our platform to support banks.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of the banking services that supports ingestion and processing of bank data
- Be hands-on leader providing guidance to team to move fast
- Empower your team to own and solve complex problems from end-to-end while keeping the engineering excellence
- Work with different stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading team
- Experience working in banks or similar domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track records of successfully delivering high-impact production services
- Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
- Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy
- Golang experience is a plus
