Responsibilities
- Short-Term Planning & Schedule Management
- Plan and execute internal and supplier fulfilment within a 12-week horizon to maximise clear-to-build and delivery performance.

- Performance, Recovery & Risk Management
- Own customer recovery schedules and line-of-balance actions, ensuring effective execution.
- Lead arrears burn-down and recovery of past-due customer orders.
- Support On-Time Delivery through proactive scheduling, material readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proactively identify short-term risks (supplier constraints, expedites, re-routes, inventory redeployment) and recommend mitigation actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations to align capacity, labour, and resources with scheduled requirements.
- Work closely with Procurement to secure supply, resolve shortages, and manage expedites.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to confirm achievable commitments and communicate risks early.
Requirements
- APEX CPIM would be an advantage but is also not a requirement for the role
- Experience in production scheduling, material planning, or supply chain execution.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, planning parameters, and master data health.
- Ability to prioritise, manage frequent changes, and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in short-term risk identification and mitigation
