As an Incident Response Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in reducing the frequency, duration, and impact of incidents across our diverse suite of products and services. Success in this role requires a broad understanding of our technology stack, our products, and our clients - and, most importantly, how they all interact. Please note that this opening is for the following shift: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 PT or 9:00-6:00 PT. We are also open to individuals in other time zones willing to work these hours. The selected candidate will also be required to cover on-call rotations during evenings/weekends one out of every four weeks.
