Senior Facade Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop façade designs and detailed drawings for commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare design, shop, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure design requirements are met.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to deliver compliant façade solutions.
• Resolve design and technical issues during design, fabrication, and installation stages.
• Ensure façade designs comply with project standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Support material selection, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
• Attend design coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with technical submissions, reports, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
• Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the facade industry.
• Experience working on projects in Singapore is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Rhino; experience with other facade-specific software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
