Responsibilities

  • You will:
  • Verify that all prospects comply with legal, cash flow, credit score, and risk assessment requirements.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including KYC, KYB, AML checks, credit score validation, and credit origination.
  • Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness for B2B clients.
  • Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health.
  • Review and challenge first-line credit risk models to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements using tools like N8N or Hubspot to streamline workflows.
  • Support credit bureau audits and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to address customer credit needs while maintaining risk standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in credit, collection activities, or financial analysis within a B2B environment.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish (English will be evaluated).
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven role-specific execution mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform both detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive (specifically Google Sheets filters, pivot tables, and formulas).
  • Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
  • Experience using Hubspot , Metabase , or Zendesk.
  • Independent analytical skills using SQL or Python.
  • Ability to create clear flowcharts and presentations to communicate risk findings.
  • Basic Portuguese or a desire to learn it.
