We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Team Leader to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data collected by our researchers. You will lead and mentor a team of data quality analysts, ensuring our data meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing Lead and motivate a team of quality analysts to maintain high standards of service and process efficiency Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Identify training needs and implement development programmes to upskill the team Monitor key quality metrics and implement corrective actions to address any performance issues Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements Provide detailed reporting and analysis to key stakeholders Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team What we're looking for Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective feedback Familiarity with quality management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field What we offer Base Salary ranging from Php35,000 to Php40,000 per month based on your experience Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career progression Hybrid Set-Up and Morning Shift Schedule Observes PH Holidays
