About the role

Reporting to the Shovel and Drill Supervisor, Industrial Mechanics (Millwrights) in our maintenance departments are responsible for inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose the root causes of equipment problems and take appropriate actions. This is a full-time hourly position that offers an attractive 4x4 schedule consisting of days and nights or straight days. The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and the ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Sparwood, B.C is necessary. Salary Range: $128,000 - $134,000 CAD / Year Base earnings reflected in salary range includes the hourly wage plus applicable shift premiums and will differ depending on location. It is calculated using a reasonably expected number of hours worked per year. This position is centered on the maintenance and repair of large-scale mining equipment, including shovels and drills. You'll work hands-on with mobile assets, ensuring safe, reliable operation through inspections, component overhauls, and system diagnostics. If you're a certified Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or experience Maintenance Technician with a background in mining equipment, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

• Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Previous mining experience is an asset
• Comfortable working in an outdoor setting in all weather conditions
