Sr Solution Delivery Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation delivery for enterprise customers. You'll: Own delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned to customer outcomes Lead and guide implementation teams across moderate to complex global projects Monitor project quality, financials, risks, and performance Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery Manage project plans and multi-project execution simultaneously Leverage your experience in SaaS/ERP/Order-to-Revenue systems to drive immediate impact This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-project, high-impact environment , combining strong delivery leadership with proactive risk management. About You Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at-least 5+ years as a program/project manager In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing enterprise software applications, such as ERP, CRM or SCM, across a range of customers, from SMB to Fortune 500. Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus. Experience with SaaS-based implementation is very strongly desirable Strong client service and/or management consulting experience Strong ability to manage implementation financials, recognising the importance of both budget management and services revenue management Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent engagements Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientation Executive presence and comfort. You have experience and are comfortable with C-level communication. Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty. Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics Have developed domain industry or business process skills Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and developers Demonstrated experience Drives adoption through achieving business goals and innovation Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team Technology experience or awareness in the following: ERP, CRM, accounting/revenue systems, provisioning systems Billing, payment and revenue systems SaaS-based subscription management systems experience a strong-plus SaaS based software implementation Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST PMI Certification is a plus Travel needs: potential for up to 50% of the time (including possible international travel). The Team Zuora's delivery organization is focused on driving successful customer implementations of enterprise SaaS solutions across global regions. The team works on complex, multi-project environments , ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and customer outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced, client-facing setting, the team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders while leveraging technologies like Java, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to deliver scalable, modern solutions.
