Accountant

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance.
• Those with bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet financial reporting datelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
• Good proficiency in English & Chinese would be an asset.
• Meticulous, analytical and have an eye for details.
• Able to work under pressure and in fast pace working environment.
• Good organizing and planning skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good working attitude and good team player.
• Able to work within tight timelines.
• Able to operate competently common office equipment (computer, printer, tablet, smartphone and telephone system etc.)

Additional Information

Responsibilities/Functions: Handle day to day accounting functions and month end closing. Handle full set of accounts and prepare tax returns. Perform administrative support duties (Printing documents, reply emails, online submissions, etc.) Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including prepare salary, CPF, AIS submitting, apply/renew work permit, worker dormitory, PCP. Monitor spending and budgets. Ensure the smooth execution of all Accounts Receivable/Payable activities. Ensure all customers' account are up to date (Collection of outstanding payments). Prepare documents (DO, PO, quotation, Invoice, Credit note, GST submission, etc.) Ensure information/documents are accurate, updated and filed in a timely and orderly manner. Check bank reconciliation monthly. Strong analytical skills in project costing, monitoring project status, prepare project claim. Dealing with contractors, suppliers, workers etc. Some ad-hoc job upon request.
