Your Role Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post. Process Chargeback tickets if required. Help achieve the team's OKR Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities. Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively. First experience in relevant, Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus. Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes. Working knowledge of the Schemes' Disputes Resolution process is a plus. SQL familiarity preferred Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
