Evaluate assembly process and ensure adherence to product requirement. Monitor and work together with technician to close the gap of process deviation and improve efficiency. Study product requirements, design jig and fixture to aid and simplify assembly process. Provide training and guidance to technician. Handle RFQ and develop Bill of Material for new products. Assist manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
