Building Facilities Engineer (East/ 12 months/ Up to $5k)

About the role

Opportunity to be part of a world-class airport in Asia Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm Location: East, nearest MRT Changi 1 year contract (Extension based on performance) Salary up to $5k! Training is provided! Job Scope Conduct site surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles, and M&E systems Manage contractors to ensure timely defect rectification and minimize operational downtime Prepare technical specifications and obtain competitive quotations for required works Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations Oversee projects including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and implementation of efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Equipment Operations & Maintenance
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills in an operational environment
• Able to respond effectively to site disruptions and operational issues, while working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Valid Class 3 driving licence, where driving is required for job duties
