Responsibilities
- Owning the process of daily procurement operations, by creating purchase orders based on stakeholder requisitions, while ensuring compliance and maximizing value to Tower's APAC operations

- Supporting ad-hoc regional reports
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a purchasing associate supporting IT infrastructure procurement or a similar role
- A bachelor's degree in procurement and supply chain management or a related field (preferred)
- Good understanding of procurement best practices and the buying process
- Working knowledge of procurement management software, such as Oracle, Ariba, and GEP, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit judgment and decision making skills
- Outstanding problem solving and time management skills, and attention to detail
- Capable with dealing with ambiguity and independent problem solving
- Experience of working on procurement of IT equipment for a global firm
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with China and Hong Kong suppliers, in Chinese
