Develop a deep understanding of payment systems and stay current on fintech trends to inform product direction and unlock new capabilities. Drive product decisions using transaction-level data, customer insight, and strong product judgment. Partner cross-functionally to build scalable, high-reliability systems that power every transaction with accuracy and trust. Own key product surfaces such as card controls, transaction visibility, and pricing logic. Manage external partners including networks and processors to expand acceptance, improve economics, and shape the payments roadmap. Define and track core payments metrics, and iterate quickly while maintaining a high bar for correctness in a high-stakes domain. Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve the payments experience. What we look for: 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of high-impact, customer-facing or platform products. Experience working on payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy systems (e.g. cards, billing, risk, or financial infrastructure). Strong product judgment with the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities that drive volume, reliability, or margin. Comfort working with data, including transaction-level analysis, funnel drop-offs, and system performance metrics. Ability to navigate complex systems and tradeoffs (e.g. risk vs. conversion, speed vs. accuracy, flexibility vs. control). Track record of shipping high-quality products in cross-functional environments involving engineering, finance, risk, and operations. Strong execution skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans and deliver results. Clear and direct communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working with external partners (e.g. processors, networks, or enterprise partners) is a plus. Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, decision-making, or product development.
