Responsibilities

  • Guest Services & Hospitality Excellence
  • Lead the delivery of warm, personalised, and professional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

  • Ensure timely handling of guest mail, parcels, messages, and special requests.
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming lobby environment.
  • Monitor guest traffic flow and provide operational support during peak periods and special events.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise, motivate, and coach Bell Attendants and Concierge team members.
  • Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and operational updates.
  • Delegate duties effectively to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and career development.
  • Maintain high grooming, presentation, and service standards across the team.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest requests, luggage movements, and transportation arrangements.
  • Support manpower planning, scheduling, and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Assist in implementing service enhancements and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of guest belongings.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, security procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold professional standards at all times.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and positive working environment for guests and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bell Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office operations within a hotel environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
