Social Media Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate social media accounts across platforms including X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on audience engagement and growth data.
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to increase user activity and retention.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns.
• Track industry trends and identify content opportunities.
• Support online events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, media partners, and online communities.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations, content marketing, community management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience growth tactics.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with short-form content creation and social media trends.
• Strong sense of ownership, execution ability, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, startups, or digital innovation.
• Experience growing social media accounts from zero to scale.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities.
