Focusing on Chinese-translated articles, the copy editor plays a critical role in fact-checking and refining machine and human-translated articles, to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with the publication's editorial standards and house style. The role also requires suitable and compelling headlines, standfirsts and sub-headings, as well as curating strong pull-quotes for articles to enhance reader engagement and impact. This is a 2-year contract with a possibility of renewal based on performance and organisational needs.
