About the role
At Coframe, we're giving every website and app its own AI growth engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves, giving the internet its own sense of life and intelligence. Requirements
- World-class product design experience (we use Figma)
- Demonstrated focus on driving business and product outcomes
- Ability to design intuitive user experiences that may otherwise be complex
- A strong sense of taste and aesthetics
- Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively
- Strong communication is essential, particularly between eng, exec, and product
- Experience conversion optimization is a plus
- Early-stage startup/founder experience is a plus
