Associate - Investment Banking & Advisory - Energy / Infrastructure Focus - Up to $7,000

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, IPO and strategic advisory transactions
• Perform financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda and client presentations
• Conduct industry, market and comparable company analysis
• Assist in transaction execution, due diligence and stakeholdermanagement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking,Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, M&A or Strategic Investments
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies including DCF,comparable company analysis and precedent transactions
• Experience in energy, power, oil & gas, infrastructure or industrial sectors preferred
• Exposure to data centers or semiconductor sectors is advantageous
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Familiarity with advisory mandates and transaction execution processes
