Job Description Course Logistics Handle course management, the administration and logistics for programs organized by the department.Present any insights/findings of course/evaluation reports to supervisor/management and propose suggestions for continuous improvements.Maintain and ensure brochures for programmes are duly updated. Assist with tutorial/assessment logistics such as setting up of virtual sessions (such as Zoom), preparation of registration listing, admission & monitoring of student attendance. Assist with lecturer management and course administration such as tabulating of course attendance for the issuance of Certificate of Attendance, compilation of evaluation and post tutorial reports, collating of required documents for funding submission and maintaining of registration listing. Handle any enquiries from students in a timely and accurate manner. Marketing Assist in logistics arrangements for roadshows and other company-outreach activities and follow up with leads generated.Coordinate with company training departments and Course Trainers/Assessors to facilitate/market company's programs.Support marketing/promotion of courses, follow up with leads generated and track enrolments. Audits & Funding Create course runs, verify enrolments, submit assessment records and save the necessary documents of funded courses for easy retrieval and audit purposes.Collate the related documents for Audit related enquiries.Prepare relevant reports for Management/Board. Other given tasks by supervisor/managemen
