Who we need Reporting to the EVP, Services and Customer Enablement, we are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Client Enablement Group. As the new Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, operations, and customer outcomes. You will partner with teams across support, services, enablement, onboarding, provisioning, training, and operations to identify friction, eliminate manual processes, and engineer scalable solutions that create measurable business impact. You will tackle ambiguous, high-impact operational challenges where the goal is not simply to automate tasks, but to rethink how work gets done and apply technology where it creates meaningful leverage. You will help modernize workflows, improve scalability, accelerate delivery, and build solutions that drive tangible outcomes across the organization. This is a hybrid role based out of our Houston office.
