We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Pre-sales team lead at JoomPro, who's going to lead a dual-stream team of approximately 6 professionals, overseeing the existing Inbound operations while simultaneously establishing an Outbound pre-sales team from scratch. Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team of 6 people, overseeing inbound pre-sales for all segments and outbound operations for large and enterprise clients Build and scale the outbound pre-sales function from scratch, including hiring and team development Create and implement comprehensive sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound teams to ensure an effective standardized approach Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality, qualified leads by monitoring daily SDR/BDR performance and pipeline health 3-4 years of experience leading B2B pre-sales or SDR/BDR teams Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems Exceptional organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to sales processes Advanced English and fluent Portuguese skills Preferred Prior hands-on experience as an SDR/BRD or a B2B sales specialist Professional background or familiarity with the e-commerce industry Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses, CLT employment Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year, and 30 days of paid annual leave Care & Wellbeing: extended health insurance for the employees, their spouses, and children (including dental care), transportation and daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English courses Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work
