We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in JDA 2017 Space Planning Suite (Planogram & Floor Planning) and application support. The ideal candidate will lead L2/L3 support activities, drive issue resolution, manage stakeholder communication, and provide technical leadership across retail space management applications and associated technologies. Total Experience : 6 years to 8 years Location : Chennai (Siruseri) Mode of work : Hybrid (3 days to office every week) Shift Timing : UK Shift 6+ years of experience in application support and software development. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting JDA Planogram and Floor Planning applications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
