Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.

Job Summary As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support Associates and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle by providing thoughtful HR guidance, managing employee relations, and driving key people processes. You will work collaboratively across the organization while taking ownership of HR programs, reporting, and initiatives that enhance the Associate experience. Manage Associate relations matters with professionalism, thorough documentation, appropriate discretion, and timely escalation when necessary. Support and enhance performance management processes, including performance reviews, development planning, tenure tracking, and promotion readiness. Prepare recurring HR reports and analyze people data, including turnover trends, feedback, dashboards, audits, and other workforce analytics. Support onboarding, new Associate feedback, exit surveys, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate HR data and documentation while ensuring integrity across HR systems and workflows. Utilize Culture Index insights to support communication, coaching, and talent selection conversations. Develop, communicate, and reinforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with leaders to ensure HR processes are handled consistently, accurately, and responsively. Contribute to training, communications, and continuous process improvement efforts that strengthen the overall Associate experience.
