As a B2B Mid-Senior Paid Social Specialist in NordSecurity's B2B unit, you will own paid social performance from strategy to execution, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, for NordLayer, NordLayer Browser, NordPass, NordStellar. This role goes beyond campaign management. We are looking for a commercially-minded growth marketer who understands how paid social contributes to pipeline generation, revenue growth, and business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, testing new approaches, and scaling initiatives that deliver business impact. Working closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams, you will help shape how Paid Social drives growth across multiple international markets. Main Responsibilities Own Paid Social performance and growth across multiple markets, with a primary focus on LinkedIn; Translate business goals into acquisition strategies that drive leads, pipeline and revenue; Manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient budget investment; Develop and execute a continuous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding, and funnel experiences; Work closely with Creative, Analytics, BI, Product, and Sales teams to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution; Continuously monitor both campaign performance and broader business context, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and growth levers that can improve business outcomes without waiting for direction; Analyze performance and business data to uncover growth opportunities, forecast outcomes, and influence strategic decisions; Challenge the status quo, identify new acquisition channels and approaches, and help shape how Paid Social contributes to broader Growth Team objectives; Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI-powered tools to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making; Core Requirements 3+ years of experience in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing, with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads. Experience managing monthly budgets of at least 5 figures. Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven paid social strategies and budget management. Strong analytical mindset, including experience with experimentation, performance analysis, and optimization across the full marketing funnel. Commercially oriented, with a focus on business outcomes, ROI, and growth opportunities. Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English with a proven ability to drive results independently and collaborate effectively across stakeholders. Bonus Points For Experience running global campaigns. B2B marketing experience. Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and performance.
