Requirements

- We're looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR or administration
- An interest in labour law and regulatory compliance
- An interest in HR systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded way of working
- High ethical standards and a professional approach to handling people data
- A self-driven mindset with an interest in building and refining effective systems and routines
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an advantage, but not a requirement.
