Responsibilities
- Support the employee loan pool reservation system, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to policies and safety guidelines

- Ability to safely operate industrial vehicles and machinery
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or powersports preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS experience a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

This individual contributor role plays a key part in delivering smooth, complaint, and customer-friendly experience for employees. Approximately 75% of this role supports loan pool operations, with 25% dedicated to the employee store, including merchandising, inventory, and sales support.
