Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise QMS analytics and reporting strategy, including KPI frameworks, data governance, and standardization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, system integration, and reporting automation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop quality analysts and support training on quality systems and best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between Quality, IT, and business teams to align data solutions with organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or quality environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality systems, analytics, or Lean methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Experience applying statistical analysis or data analytics techniques preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in evolving environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Some travel required (up to 10%).
