Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end to end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions
  • Configure HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events
  • Participate in at least 3 full lifecycle HRSD & CSM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment and support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of IT experience
  • At least 3 end to end ServiceNow HRSD implementation lifecycle experience is mandatory
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform with focus on HR Service Delivery module
  • Hands on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
  • Good understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, and case management
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR systems and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification preferred
  • Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or CSM is an advantage
