Competitive compensation packageGenerous sign-on bonusRelocation assistanceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsShort-term and long-term disability coverageRetirement savings plan with 401(k) optionsPaid time off and CME supportMalpractice insurance coveragePhysician wellness resources and leadership development opportunitiesFTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: M-F + call split amongst other physiciansPosition SummaryPracticing within a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited comprehensive cancer program, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized, evidence-based, and compassionate care for patients across all stages of urologic cancer.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat disorders and cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies.Perform advanced procedures such as radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy, often utilizing minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques to enhance precision and recovery.Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results related to endocrine disorders.Develop and manage pre- and post-operative care plans.Work closely with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case reviews.Maintain accurate and timely documentationEnsure adherence to surgical safety protocols and institutional policies.Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.Stay current with advancements in urological oncology through continuing education.Mentor residents, fellows, or junior staff as applicable.Participate in clinical trials or research initiatives aimed at improving surgical outcomes and techniques (if applicable).Participate in tumor boards, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Performance bonus
