Urgent: Business Development Manager (ID/Commercial/Renovation)

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and develop new business in the interior design and fit-out sector.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build the sales pipeline.
• Provide management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity insights.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
• Log sales activities in CRM, update reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed.
• Drive lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in interior design / fit-out / construction / renovation.
• Proven hunter mindset with strong independent lead generation ability.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client meetings.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of interior fit-out processes and project workflows is a plus.
