Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of graphic and digital design across key brand moments (campaigns, runway, launches, packaging, brand assets)
- Personally design and deliver high-impact creative work, setting high standard and new ideas for design innovation and typography-

- Collaborate with Content, Media and Digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution
- Stakeholder in design of digital enhancements, templates, expansion, platforms and experiences
- Lead a team of Graphic & Digital Designers, fostering a high-performance, creative culture
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback and mentorship to elevate team output
- Work closely with Art Direction and Marketing teams to co-create impactful brand storytelling
- Partner with Graphic & Digital Design Operations Manager, on delivery of all creative work
- What you need to succeed:
- Exceptional graphic and digital design expertise and creativity
- Proven experience delivering elevated creative work within a fashion or luxury environment
- Highly conceptual thinker with strong creative vision
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools and suites for both graphic and digital design e.g. Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Deep understanding of branding, layout and visual storytelling
- Strong expertise in creative typography
- Experience designing across multiple channels and templates (digital, print, campaign, brand experiences) with a strong understanding of channel best practice, customer experience and digital testing.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
- Strong collaboration skills across creative and marketing functions
- High attention to detail and commitment to protecting exceptional brand standard
