The Role and What You'll Do: In this role, you'll execute fulfillment operations for events, ensuring guests receive their tickets, credentials, and hospitality materials accurately and on time: Execute on-site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, Combat Sports and other verticals Process and track shipments, coordinate with shipping vendors on day-to-day logistics Work with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverables Provide broker exchange marketplace support and flag issues in real time Maintain accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment tracking Follow all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processes Perform reconciliation tasks and assist with first-level customer inquiries and escalations Prepare event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specifications Utilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently Support on-site event setup, check-in, and guest-facing fulfillment activities You Have These: 2+ years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Willingness to travel for on-site event support as required We'd Love If You Also Have These: Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry Familiarity with ticketing platforms or credential management systems Experience with shipping, tracking, or warehouse operations Background in guest-facing or customer service roles Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency Don't meet every single requirement?
