Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across a single product line.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, across phases such as ideation, development, and post-launch optimization.
• Review code and technical deliverables to ensure alignment with product requirements, quality standards, and overall product vision
• Conduct in-depth research and stakeholder analysis to identify opportunities for technical and product innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and improve technical solutions.
• Help prioritize features and manage the backlog with oversight from senior managers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role within a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and iterative improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
