Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- Some experience supporting mainframe and/or distributed production environments.

- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
- Exposure to mainframe operating environments, multiple LPARs, and automated scheduling tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and respond effectively in a production environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures.
Requirements
- Exposure to JCL (Job Control Language).
- Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as Control-M, CA-7, AutoSys, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management practices.
- Prior internship, academic, military, or professional experience in a data center, operations support, or production services environment.

About this Position The Data Center Technician II / Production Services Analyst II is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining mainframe and distributed production environments. This role helps ensure the successful execution of batch cycles, supports application teams, assists with issue resolution, and maintains operational documentation. The technician will monitor production systems, address routine operational issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate. Responsibilities & Qualifications Work Location: 100% onsite in Duluth, Ga until fully trained. Salary Range: $43,000 - $65,000 annually. Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
