About the role
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional, friendly, and welcoming front desk experience. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year experience in front desk reception duties, office administration, or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
